Located on the east side of Clermont just south of HW 50 on Hancock Road, Greater Pines is a very nice, well-maintained neighborhood on the east side of the Clermont real estate market. It features 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes in zip code 34711.
The community features common areas such as a community pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, parks and walking areas.
There are around 500 homes built in phases from 1993 through 2005 in Greater Pines.

Greater Pines Home Prices
