College Park is a quiet, well-maintained, gated neighborhood on the east side of the Clermont real estate market. It features 3 and 4 bedroom homes in zip code 34711.

The community features common areas such as a playground, a park and walking areas.

There are 247 homes built from 2002 through 2005 in College Park.

In this report, we will look at average home prices, average home values, and average home sizes in College Park.

 For the 2 real estate graphs found in this report, you will find the number of closed home sales for each year (green columns, measured on the left vertical axis), and an important real estate statistic shown in blue (measured on the right vertical axis. The information that we provide is current through the first few days of October 2015.

Average home prices have shot up approximately 60% since prices bottomed at an average price of $155,456 in 2011. The average recorded sales price is $258,500 for College Park homes thus far in 2015, which is still approximately 22% lower than home prices at the peak of the market in 2006 when College Park homes sold at an average price of $331,143.

Home sales activity this year appears to be less than what we have seen over the past nine years, and well below the levels recorded during the most active year in 2011 when 20 homes sold. There were 15 closed home sales in College Park in 2014. Thus far in 2015, there have only been 3 closed home sales.
